Order has arrived incomplete or damaged, what now?
At PUUSH Beauty, orders are always packed with the greatest care. However, it can always happen that a product has arrived damaged or that something is missing. If this is the case, we advise you to contact customer service, a suitable solution will always be provided.
Are there any costs associated with returning products?
It is possible to return products within a period of 30 days. The return costs are for your own account. The consumer is only liable for depreciation of the product that is the result of a way of dealing with the product that goes beyond what is permitted in paragraph 1. has provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal at the conclusion of the contract. A return is always the risk of the sender and this means that PUUSH Beauty is not liable for damaged or lost returns.
Until when can I return the product?
You have the right to return the product without any reason within a period of 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product(s). To return the product(s), you must notify us by unequivocal statement, in writing, by post, e-mail or fax. You can use the return form for this, which can be found at the bottom of the –RETURNS page. Unless PUUSH Beauty offers to collect the product itself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that relates to the delivery of:
1. Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
2. Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
3. Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
4. Products that are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery by their nature;
We always recommend requesting proof of return from the relevant point.
How can I return a product?
If you want to return one or more products, you can use the packaging for this
in which you received the order. You can address these to PUUSH Beauty and
you can then drop off the package at the post office near you.
